Isaac represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial disputes in courts throughout the country. Isaac’s practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including class actions, securities, intellectual property, data privacy, healthcare, corporate disputes, white collar defense, bankruptcy and municipal land use.
Isaac also maintains an active pro bono practice. His most recent pro bono work involved representing a human trafficking survivor in a civil suit against her traffickers in the District of New Jersey.
