Ivy is an experienced complex civil litigator whose practice focuses on securities fraud, privacy, data breaches, and antitrust class actions. She is a creative and collaborative problem-solver with a proven track record of recovering hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of clients.
At FNF, she served as co-lead counsel in Lowry v. RTI Surgical Holdings, Inc. and recovered $10.5M, which represented ~30% of plaintiffs’ estimated damages – over 3x the typical recovery in securities fraud class actions. She also served as co-lead counsel in Hartel v. Geo Group, Inc. (D. FL) ($3M) and co-counsel in Lundy v. Facebook, Inc. (N.D. Cal.) ($37.5M).
