Pekham Pal is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and trial work in federal and state courts. She represents plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of high stakes matters, including in commercial, insurance, intellectual property, employment, business tort, class action, and transnational disputes and internal investigations.
Prior to joining FNF, Pekham had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Vincent L. Briccetti, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, and served as an investigative analyst at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office where she assisted in grand jury proceedings, evidentiary hearings, and felony trials.
