Leveraging a background in technology and big data analytics, Richard seeks efficient and effective solutions, whether that means coming at a dispute at a creative angle or using novel tools such as the latest in GenAI.
Richard also maintains an active pro bono practice, often working with nationally recognized nonprofit partners. His most recent pro bono work has focused on curtailing qualified immunity in a Section 1983 case pending in the Southern District of Louisiana.
